What we collect
When you join the waitlist we keep the email address you give us, the kind of creator you are, your main platform, the handle you choose to share, whether you are an agency, and the time you joined.
Why, and on what basis
We use it to send you your invite and news about the BeaconHub launch, and to understand who is joining so we build the right things first. We do this because you asked to join, and you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your details or share them with advertisers.
Who sees it
Our team sees signups in a private admin page. When someone joins, our team also gets a short alert in our internal chat tool with the email address masked (for example j***@gmail.com), the creator type, the main platform and whether it is an agency.
What we do not keep
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. To stop abuse of the form we count requests per connection for about twenty minutes using a one-way scrambled value, and we do not store your IP address in our database. Our hosting provider keeps standard short-lived request logs to run the service.
Where it lives, and for how long
Signups are stored with our database provider and the site is hosted by our hosting provider, both in the United States, and both only process it on our behalf. We keep your signup while you are on the waitlist and delete it when you ask, or once launch invites are done if you do not create an account.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to hello@beacon-hub.com and we will do it.
